This full-day leadership team learning session, held at employer choice of site or virtually, will focus on teachings of the Entrepreneurial Operating System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. We will start by reviewing the tools taught at the EOS Focus Day. I will teach in-depth on the Scorecard and the ways to identify the key people issues to be solved. I will teach the team how to keep their Scorecard measurables and Rocks on track every week and Create Core Values for the organization. I will also teach on creating a clear Core Focus, and understanding how to use it to keep the company on track by setting a clear 10 Year Target, a long-term energizing goal for the organization.
