This full work-day leadership team learning, held at employer choice of site or virtually, will focus on beginning the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. We will start by reviewing the tools taught at the EOS Vision Building Day 1. Team members will learn further tools to solve issues within the company. We will be learning ow to adjust company vision; learning how to calculate Rock completion and financial performance; learning how to analyze results/learnings; learning effective Leadership, Management, & Accountability (LMA); Learning how to utilize Clarity Breaks; Understanding how to use the 5-5-5 Tool. |
