We teach participants the standards great teammates consistently meet and exceed (set the example & hold your teammates accountable) and the standards great leaders consistently meet and exceed (ensure the team accomplishes the mission & take care of your people). The group is divided into boat teams led by a boat team "leader" and given specialized equipment to work with, including life jackets, inflatable boats, boat pumps, & paddles.
Boat team leaders will be tasked with a series of missions for their team to accomplish.

-Creating a Culture of Accountability
