Experience is how an individual is affected by an interaction with another individual. For an organization, each interaction that an employee has with a customer, vendor or another employee creates a distinct experience and perception of the organization. This course is designed to help managers throughout an organization develop the insights to necessary to deliver a positive experience. During this one-day, in-person or virtual training, participants will learn, 1) about natural leadership styles and how these impact the experience of others; 2) how to define the experience that the organization wants to deliver; 3) how it currently delivers that experience and how to identify the changes it needs to make and how to implement them. |
