Coaching is the ability of the organization to develop employees and codify and transmit institutionalized knowledge through one-on-one interactions. An organizations success is tied to how the ability of its leaders and managers to effectively identify and develop a shared understanding about what each needs to achieve and how it can be achieved. This course is designed to help managers build the skills necessary to coach both formally (scheduled) and informally (in the moment). During this one-day course, delivered in person or virtually, participants will learn 1) the four foundations of coaching; 2) the three key coaching skills; 3) how to set goals and deliver coaching; and 4) their natural leadership style and how to coach them. |
