This training will teach participants how to layout a facility using Systematic Layout Planning. This process uses actual data collected by the team in order to develop the most efficient layout possible. Our attendees have reported improvements such as 50% improvement in efficiency, 30% space reduction, and reduced order lead time by 75%. This training is delivered onsite at the company's facility, 100% in person, and is conducted on a schedule of one half or one full day each week for 12 days (full days) or 24 days (half days. The course includes lecture, presentations, and hands-on exercises of laying out areas of their own work facility. Production, engineering, and management will all benefit from this course.
