This advanced program is targeted at the next level of future leaders that can help the organization with developing their own strategic thinking abilities. Through the program, participants will receive a “hands-on” opportunity to work on a strategic initiative for their organization. In addition, participants will receive targeted training, peer interaction, feedback, and accountability as well as industry knowledge from the other participating organizations of the program.
