“speak to you” so you can manage at a glance. VCS teaches the student how to create a visual factory, where the info is built into the work. Participants will be able to share critical information as part of their work such as what’s needed, how many, where things belong, who needs help, who can
help, machine status, etc. The workshop is a natural extension of 5S and includes classroom instruction on the Visual Control methodology and the four
levels of Visual Control, followed by hands-on practice in the application of the methodology. This class is held on-site and is impactful for all levels of employees.
