This course helps participants to view emotions as a form of intelligence that can be a source of collaboration, improved productivity, and increased effectiveness. Using either in-person or virtual training, participants will learn the 5 key competencies of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy, and effective relationships. Understanding these competencies will help participants better identify and regulate one’s emotions and better understand the emotions of others. This course is ideal for all managers and employees across the organization. Recommended course size is 7-15 participants.
