This 16 hr course can be done on-site or virtually. This training workshop is designed for leaders at all levels who are looking to add structure to their existing Lean Management System (LMS). This course introduces students to Improvement Kata. They will learn forms used to track improvements, the 5-Questions card, and practice the 4-steps of Improvement Kata during simulations designed to make it easy to learn and understand. Students will learn to define what Kata is and how it helps develop culture, understand the Kata routine for coaching, understand the 4 steps of Kata, and make part of an Everybody Everyday method of improvement.
