This is a TWO-DAY Virtual OR In-person workshop for business leaders, HR professionals, and team builders at all levels. Each attendee will identify a set of business challenges, uncover associated people issues, and create goals to address them. Learners are taught to use The Predictive Index methodology, a science-based approach to leveraging organizational strengths and minimizing cautions to support management decisions that optimize their teams and talent strategy. Learners will apply their new knowledge in their organization and apply new tools and techniques that help to create the strongest possible alignment between people and their jobs, their managers, their teams, and the culture and values of the organization.
