TPMA-Quarterly -4
Students are taught the Kolbe assessment tool and how to utilize it to make more confident business decisions. It allows students to assign task responsibilities with greater confidence among team members. I will also teach them how to make better Rocks to ensure that they meet their annual goals. Students will be taught in a classroom setting with (a) direct lectures, (b) presentations, and (c) group discussions in teams of 2 to 8. The ideal audience for this course is the current leadership team and those on the leadership track.
