TPMA-Quarterly -6
Students are taught several topics, calculating individual and company Rock completion rates and relating them to the quarterly financial results/measurables. How to manage their team and business when get stuck and if they cannot figure out how to dislodge themselves. How to document core processes and make sure they are followed by all (FBA). Students will be taught in a classroom setting with (a) direct lectures, (b) presentations, and (c) group discussions in teams of 2 to 8. The ideal audience for this course is the current leadership team and those on the leadership track.
