TPMA-Annual Part-2
Students are taught how to utilize and glean data obtained from their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats data. I then teach them to use their 3-year plan to chart out a new course for their 1-year plan for the company. I teach them to create 5-7 new goals that are ‘Must Do’s’. Students will be taught in a classroom setting with (a) direct lectures, (b) presentations, and (c) group discussions in teams of 2 to 8. The ideal audience for this course is the current leadership team and those on the leadership track.
