This full-day leadership team training session focuses on having a clear vision for the next quarter by reviewing and evaluating the previous quarters goals; identifying, discussing and resolving issues; and reviewing the Company Vision. There will be a special emphasis this session on “Back to Basics" where we work through the 5 Leadership Abilities, the importance of having the right people in the right seats, keeping meetings productive, ensuring processes are followed by all, and the importance of clarity breaks.
