Participants learn to create effective, results-oriented meeting agendas; to leverage diverse points of view; to navigate difficult subjects and situations; to use strategies, tools, and techniques to build understanding and agreement; to keep meetings from veering off track and to guide groups to successful outcomes. Instruction is in person, with practice exercises and coaching. Graduates will be able to design meeting agendas and processes that keep meetings on track; to help people share their ideas, to leverage diverse experiences and points-of-view to generate creative solutions; and to guide a group in collaborative problem-solving.
