Participants gain skills to lead teams in more creative problem solving with better outcomes and actionable strategies; to involve people in decision making; to facilitate agreement, and to create an inspiring vision and enroll others in it. Instruction is in person, with practice exercises and coaching. This course increases the leader’s ability to focus a team’s attention on priority issues; to navigate a rapidly changing environment; include stakeholders in decision making; leverage a wide diversity of thought and experience; collaborate across functions and geography; build critical team agreements; reconcile differences; and to know when and how to give feedback and celebrate accomplishment.
