The Massachusetts Wage Act is complex and fraught with risk for employers.

risk. This training for managers and human resources personnel addresses Massachusetts
law governing personnel records, employers’ obligations under the law, employee’s
rights under the law, and penalties employers may face if found in violation of the law.
