Deep Energy Retrofits is a seminar that applies the principles of building science to retrofitting existing building enclosures. Numerous examples of high performance retrofit techniques will be covered for the building enclosures of various types of buildings: wood frame residential, multi-family residential, mass masonry buildings, historic buildings and commercial buildings. Upon completion of the seminar, members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) will receive 8 LU/HSW posted directly to the AIA Provider website. This course is intended for building industry professionals. It can be held virtually or in-person and is a combination of presentation and discussion. |
