Days 3/4 of A 10-day Intensive Strengthening Leadership Workshop. The objective of the program is to teach participants to assess, build and strengthen both the individual skills as well as the team skills of a management team. The program is designed to teach participants to assess both individual and team strengths, opps for growth, and provide practical applicable tools to drive the organization to its next level of excellence. The course can be delivered online or on-site and is best suited for managers, especially new ones with no prior experience. Days 3 and 4 focus on workplace communication. This module looks at the process of mindful communication and addresses the area of personality types and communication by using Myers-Briggs.
