Days 5/6 of A 10-day Intensive Leadership Workshop. The overall objective of the program is to teach participants how to assess, build and strengthen both the individual skills as well as the team skills of a management team. The program is designed to teach participants how to assess both individual and team strengths, opportunities for growth, and provide practical tools that can be applied to drive the organization to its next level of excellence. The course can be delivered online or on-site and is best suited for managers, especially new ones with no prior experience. Days 5 and 6 focus on conflict resolution. Referring to the 5 Dysfunctions Model these days will focus on the importance of healthy conflict in the workplace.
