Lean manufacturing and QA/QC training covering topics such as a lean manufacturing overview, value stream mapping, value added, non-value added, 5S, waste identification, Muda, Muri, Mura, TPM, Kaizen events, Kanban implementation, work standardization, Takt time as well as delving into QA, QC, SPC, and charting. Real-world examples and data from clients own manufacturing process will be implemented. The course is designed to be run as 2 hour sessions, twice a week at clients premises for a total of 9 weeks. Schedule can be adjusted as needed. The ideal audience for this course is first line supervisors, foremen, managers and key manufacturing personnel.
