This program is a comprehensive training and reinforcement designed to train the elite customer service representatives to remain at the top of their game with customer service. Each session will include teaching, practice, and a quiz. In addition, there will be four 90 minute company wide sessions. Sessions will run twice a day during working hours. Primary topics include an applied version of the following: Voice, speech, service attitudes, difficult conversations, objections, service culture, active listening, culture of service. May be offered virtually, in person or hybrid. The teaching method includes didactic teaching, discussion, practice, and feedback.
