This training is for personnel in the areas of HR, Recruiting and Staffing. They will learn conversational and professional interviewing skills, familirize themself with vocabulary relevant to compliant interview questions and essential job fuctions to assess the fit of candidates in a fast paced environment.
Students will get an intitial diagnosis of skills, participate in virtual instruction and take a practical test at the end of the class. Virtual sessions will have a lenght of 2 hours with weekly frequency. |
