Objectives: Students develop advanced leadership skills, strategic decision making, effective communication skills, gain knowledge and skills to navigate organizational change, performance management through effective evaluation methods, project management skills as well and personal development.
Instruction is in-person at the company location. Attendees will learn how to formulate a strategic plan, engage in role playing exercises playing managerial roles, and engage in negotiation or conflict resolution.
