The Advancing Human-Centered Leaders virtual, instructor-led program is designed to arm new and established managers with the skills they need to become leaders of the future. Participants will learn to identify characteristics of an effective leader, define personal challenges and strengths, identify steps to take to go from expert to leader, develop skills to adapt communication style to different audiences and develop an action plan. Through group discussions and use of real-life situations, participants will practice communication strategies and when to use them effectively.
