In this interactive group workshop, participants learn the foundation skills of how to write email, letters, reports and documents--internally between departments and externally with customers and clients. Participants will:
-Assess their current ability to write
-View ‘good and bad’ writing samples
-Be assisted in gathering pertinent information
-Receive guidelines for writing clearly and concisely
-Practice writing for their specific audience
-Leave with templates and a better understanding of structure, execution and how the writing will be received
Participants learn through lecture, case studies and critique. This course is taught remotely or live, at your location.
