This is a ONE-DAY Virtual OR In-person workshop for business leaders, HR professionals, and team builders at all levels. Each attendee will learn the Predictive Index science fundamentals, uncover leadership gaps, and create goals to address them. Learners are taught to use The Predictive Index methodology, a science-based approach to leveraging organizational strengths and minimizing cautions to support management decisions that optimize their teams and talent strategy. Learners will apply their new knowledge through data-driven tools and techniques that help to create the strongest possible alignment between people and their jobs, their managers, their teams, and the culture and values of the organization.
