The Workplace Wellness Series is a development program managers and executives to improve their relational skills to positively lead themselves and others through the difficult mental health landscape in their organizations. Topics covered: Stress Response, Mindfulness, Nutrition Factors, Movement and Exercise, and Sleep. The program uses methods for each skill area topic ranging from pre-workshop prep with videos, articles, worksheets, written feedback, all leading to the workshops delivered in person, hybrid or virtual.
