In Phase 1, the training highlights the options on how to best integrate the multiple relevant processes: Quality Management, Environmental Management and Information Security Management etc. into an IMS. Participants will learn about ISO Annex SL, the high-level structure for all ISO management systems standards,
e-tools needed to streamline current protocols, standardize and how to transform existing management systems into an integrated model. Topics that will be covered in this course are scope, normative references, terms and definitions, planning, operation, support, performance evaluation, and improvement. This is a mix of lecture and hands on demonstrations. Delivered onsite and geared towards management level. |
