In Phase 3, training will focus on how to evaluate the implementation, effectiveness and efficiency of an IMS. Students will learn how to establish and manage an effective internal audit program using ISO 19011 as a guide. This can include auditing against the combined requirements of the IMS (QMS, EMS, ISMS), as well as how to address specific requirements relating to interested parties, products, services, processes or specific issues. Students will learn how to use evidence-based decision making, by utilizing audit findings to determine areas of the IMS, which need improvement or changes. This course is a mix of lecture and hands on demonstration. Delivered onsite geared towards management level. |
