This session is great for new or aspiring managers as well as experienced leaders. In this session, offered on site or virtually, participants will learn: the definition of coaching, how to establish a coaching mindset, to build rapport and trust, understand how to show active listening and questioning, goal setting and action planning, how to provide constructive feedback, as well as how to employer employees through autonomy.
