This workshop is useful for anyone who runs and/or attends meetings, but is unsure they're getting the best out of how those meetings are structured. We'll cover the importance of understanding unconscious bias and how that shows up in meetings, different ways people communicate, and how to most effectively acknowledge and include everyone-- including those team members who may not be present in the room. Participants can be taught in person or virtual with group discussions.
