A four-hour overview workshop focused on Change Management. This course will teach students how to effectively manage change and development within a business. Students will be introduced to key change management strategies, including the need for change, A case study of organizations that did not see the need to change and the consequences, Stages of change management for both individuals and organizations, Organizational readiness to change, and the importance of communication during a time of change. This course is held on-site or virtually and is ideal for supervisor-level employees on up, especially in an organization that is planning to implement changes.
