This full-day leadership team training session focuses on having a clear vision for the next quarter by reviewing and evaluating the previous quarters goals; identifying, discussing and resolving issues; and reviewing the Company Vision. There will be a special emphasis this session on IDS Mastery. We'll do a deep dive on how to identify the root cause of an issue, discuss it concisely, and be decisive in solving it for the long term greater good of the organization. We'll also review the 10 Commandments of Issues Solving. This course is taught virtually unless prior arrangements have been made for this course to be taught at the employer's work site.
