Participants gain tools and techniques to design and implement organizational change initiatives with increased stakeholder engagement, strategic decision-making processes, and reduced time to implementation. Instruction is in-person, with practice exercises and coaching typically addressing the actual change the team is working on. Graduates will have designed a comprehensive Involvement Map™, created a compelling business case for change, and written an implementation plan. They will have skills to manage change, including skills to facilitate key agreement-building meetings and to coach others in positioning and planning the change effort.
