Description:

An 8 week training session that will occur during work hours on how to handle an insurance hard market. We use either on-site or virtual training that consists of consultatn training, video training, tracking/ coaching and scripts to help agencies proactively lead their team through the very difficult market, handling reviewing their client accounts and remarketing strategies to best serve and obtain their clients through rate increases in the industry. This course is 75% Skills based training, 25% coaching/consulting. |
