Our advanced mental health training program is designed to equip managers with the tools and knowledge they need to create a supportive workplace culture and navigate complex mental health challenges for themselves, direct reports, and colleagues, including burnout prevention. Our interactive training covers topics such as effective communication strategies, identifying and addressing mental health concerns in the workplace, managing difficult conversations, and promoting resilience among employees. Participants will engage in interactive case studies and role play exercises to practice new tools and strategies in a safe and supportive environment.
