Participants will improve team relationships and receive the tools, insight and awareness to take control and ownership of their own motivation. We will cover the neuropsychology of motivation, team productivity drainers, how to leverage personal needs and talents, and each member will walk away with their own hierarchy of motivation and action plan.
Instruction is live in-person or virtual, and uses a combination of (a) class lecture, (b) group discussion, (c) presentations, (d) assessment, and (e) in class exercises. This course will increase knowledge of personal and team performance and result in an practical action plan. The ideal audience is an intact team. *Assessments are optional and not covered by Express grant.
