This workshop is for leadership teams of established businesses and organizations that are ready to learn how to better define or evolve their brand strategy and positioning. Through a series of four virtual or in-person sessions, teams will be taught brand strategy best practices, how to assess the strengths and weaknesses of their brand's current positioning, and how to uncover and develop customer-centric messaging for their brand. With provided templates and interactive guided exercises, participants will collaborate to create a road map to evolve their brand and marketing strategy, including a project plan for implementation after the workshop is over.
