The second of the 3-part Manager Essentials series focuses on the role of active listening and emotional intelligence in team communication. Participants learn how to give and receive ongoing feedback using the SBI model and explores best practices for managing performance, including performance diagnosis and the progressive disciplinary process.
This in-person course utilizes class lecture, group discussions, case studies and role plays activities to solidify the learners’ understanding of the content and tools learned.
