The third of the 3-part series of the Manager Essentials series explores topics such as coaching, mentoring, goal setting and career development. Participants will understand the difference between coaching and mentoring and learn the GROW coaching model. The class will review goal-setting and SMART goals and explores the critical role of managers in supporting their employees' professional development goals.
