This program is for team leaders, supervisors, managers and directors and includes 5 – 1 hours of live instructor led training covering the following concepts: Resiliency Frameworks, Quality Feedback, Behavioral Drives and Conflict Resolution, Bias Management and Mitigation in leadership roles.
