This training program will provide Executives, and particularly managers, with a more in depth training of the following courses: People, Strategy and Finance and Operations Day. The course trainer will teach attendees how to apply the learnings from the People, Strategy, and Finance and Operations Day trainings. This course content will further train them in creating business plans that incorporate people, finance, strategy, and operations, thereby enhancing their strategic planning and business development skills at the leadership, and within teams at their company.
