Description:

A Visual Workplace identifies and corrects abnormal situations, directs behavior, eliminates missing information, reduces injury, and uses KPI (key performance indicators) to reveal opportunities for improvement. The course provides proven tools and concepts for students to learn how to implement a Visual System. Students will be taught a process for identification of abnormalities, making progress status easy to see, and step by step instructions for processes. Employees are provided with the capabilities to manage their own work and the information to make the right decision. Managers gain access to this information for continuous status and management at-a-glance. This training is appropriate for all levels, and is in-person training. |
