This course provides team leaders, supervisors, and managers with the essential leadership skills to effectively lead people and manage work. During this interactive program, participants learn and practice leadership skills to build self-confidence; support, engage, and motivate their teams, and help them communicate up, down and across the organization. Learners engage in large and small group discussions and exercises to build skills in communication, delegation, developing others, motivation, setting goals, performance management. The program can be delivered in 3-8hr in-person or 2-4hr per week virtual workshops, coached practice exercises between workshops on an online learning platform, and two 1-hour personal coaching meetings.
