Public relations and marketing can easily fall by the wayside during busy times, so the restaurants and food businesses with the most PR success are the ones who carve out time to create intentional mid- and long-term plans and set specific, achievable goals. In this session, the Prepshift team will walk through creating a quarter-by-quarter marketing strategy that includes events, press outreach, social media collaborations, and more. Participants will learn to identify key press contacts and write press releases, and will walk away with a clear plan and set of goals for the coming quarter. This course is suitable for W-2 employees, managers, and owners and can be in-person or virtual. |
