This training provides employees at all levels with communication skills, how to build effective relationships, and how to work together effectively. Participants develop self-awareness of their own behavioral style and the styles of the people they interact with. Using the Everything DiSC on Catalyst assessment they learn the DiSC model to understand similarities and differences of the four styles and appreciate and value differences of each style. Instruction includes large and small group discussions and application exercises. After the workshop participants access the Everything DiSC Catalyst™ Platform for continued learning with personal strategies, videos, and learning aids. Sessions are delivered in-person or virtually via Zoom.
