This training program will teach trainees, especially leaders and managers, how to implement strategic planning and organizational development methodologies throughout the organization. The course content will train them in empowering departments and teams throughout an organization to use tools such as scorecard, Objective Key Results, and how to lead weekly meetings to align the teams. This will benefit the employees by providing them with a clear framework for organizational growth, which can be applied to their current roles and future career advancements. The trainer will show trainees how they can ensure all departments and teams are aligned and working towards growth. This course is available in-person or online.
