The Speech Improvement Company has been offering its Presentation Skills Communication Training around the world since 1964. This two-hour program is conducted either in person or virtually and designed for professionals looking to improve their persuasive communication skills. The class is a combination of didactic teaching, discussion, practice with instructor and peer feedback. The following topics will be covered: controlling nervousness, strengthening a service attitude, vocal variation, calming angry customers, dealing with defensiveness, and listening skills.
